Traveler cancellations

Travelers may cancel eligible pending or confirmed bookings from their account. Refund eligibility depends on the listing policy, check-in time, and payment status.

  • check_circleNo-show bookings are normally not refundable unless the host caused the issue.

Host cancellations

Hosts should avoid cancelling confirmed stays. Repeated host cancellations reduce ranking and may trigger review by QiyamPK.
