Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using QiyamPK. These terms govern your use of the platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QiyamPK.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QiyamPK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, travelers, and property hosts.

2. Use of the Platform

QiyamPK provides an online marketplace connecting travelers with property hosts across Pakistan — including hotels, hostels, farm houses, guest houses, apartments, private rooms, mountain camps, resorts, and rooms for rent. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure. Misuse of the platform — including fraudulent bookings or false listings — may result in immediate account termination.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through QiyamPK are subject to availability and confirmation by the property host. Displayed prices are per night unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. QiyamPK charges a service fee on each transaction, which is included in the total displayed at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed before confirmation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. QiyamPK's service fee is non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, QiyamPK may act as a mediator but does not guarantee a refund outside the listed cancellation policy.

5. Host Responsibilities

Property hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant with all applicable local laws and regulations. Hosts must maintain a safe and clean environment for guests. QiyamPK reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that receives verified complaints, fails verification, or violates platform policies.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers agree to respect the property and the house rules set by the host. Damage caused by a traveler may result in liability. Travelers must check in with a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport). Any abusive behavior toward staff or fellow guests may result in removal and account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on QiyamPK — logos, text, graphics, and code — is owned by QiyamPK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Hosts grant QiyamPK a non-exclusive license to display their uploaded photos and content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

QiyamPK acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed properties, the accuracy of listings, or disputes between travelers and hosts. Our liability is limited to the amount of the booking transaction in question. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during your stay.

9. Changes to Terms

QiyamPK reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
