When refunds may apply

Refunds may be approved when the traveler cancels within the allowed policy window, the host cannot honor the booking, or a covered Guest Guarantee issue is verified.

Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible. Bank and wallet timelines can vary depending on provider and manual verification needs.

Non-refundable cases
